Real estate is a career that takes time to get started. Commissions are not paid on real estate sales until the contract has been executed at closing. For this reason we suggest that if real estate is your only source of income, you have savings to cover at least 3 to 6 months worth of living expenses.
At Great Commission Realty we believe in investing in our agents and taking the time to help them be successful. We offer a competitive split commission structure ranging from 65% to 90% depending on your experience.

Here's what some of our team members have to say:
Risa French - I wanted to tell you that I think your training program is really excellent. If I had been exposed to this kind of training earlier in my career, I think things would have worked out very differently for me.
You are an excellent broker because you want your agents to succeed and you help them reach their goals. What a shame that all brokers do not have that same mind-set.
Bud Jones - I appreciate GCR! Since I have never worked in another firm, this is a great first experience for me!
I have always considered myself a team player, and that is why I appreciate the Team approach at GCR. The referrals are great and the unpretentious nature of all those involved is a great asset !
Thanks for allowing me to be a part!
Brad Barnes - First and foremost, I like that this is a Christian environment and that my brokers are unashamed of their faith. I had two people last week come to me and tell me they would list their house with me because they heard we were Christians. I like the family atmosphere, the emails about your personal life, and of the company. I can say I have never had that in any company I've worked with before. I like having my brokers giving me referrals, instead of fighting me over clients.
Diana Zitella - I chose Great Commission Realty because I needed mentoring and didn't want to get lost or trampled in a larger more competitive company. I met Randy as a client first and decided that he was someone I could trust with my loyalty. Professionally, he shares his vast expertise with the computer, helping us to get our web pages running; detailed auditing of our files as we work, and Tassi helps with the business cards, advertising layouts and submittals; sharing leads and keeping us well informed. Family is a priority and that means so much these days. When you join our team you join the team with the greatest spirit.
It is your attitude, not your aptitude, that determines your altitude!
